Very valuable content and a comprehensive article. As a consumer, we always look for the price tag rather than what real quality that a product can offer. In any business, we always have to make sure that the products or services we have is worth spending for.

Very valid point, I think every service industry can learn a lot from hospitality industry, where they go out of their way to make a client comfortable. Lawyers if they take a leaf from them would make a client dread less visiting them. Unfortunately most of the law firms see their clients as walking cheque books and as you rightly mentioned files.
