Welcome and Mission

Welcome to my “Legal Ease” blog!  I have been putting off starting a blog for far too long, and finally decided it’s time to “just do it.” 

After practicing law for 12 years, including serving as the Administrative Partner for a law firm here on Long Island, I decided that my passion lies more in management and marketing than in the actual practice of law and handling files, so I dove in and created Legal Ease Consulting, Inc. to help law firms bring their practices to the next level.   

I hope this blog will become a resource for lawyers and law firm managers about law firm management and practice building, and I anticipate that I will learn a lot from fellow bloggers and from comments on my posts.  I am especially interested in hearing about what challenges you the most about managing and marketing your practice, and I welcome suggestions about future post topics.  Feel free to email me at Allison@legaleaseconsulting.com or post a comment.
